Former Normanton Park Redevelopment

Post by Evenstar » Mon Mar 11, 2019 4:31 pm

The former Normanton Park is to be cleared soon to make way for the new Normanton Park condo. And instead of the original 400+ units, we now have a mega project numbering over 1800 apartment units. The developer for this project is Kingsford Huray, who recently sold out Kingsford Waterbay, another huge project.

The site of the Normanton Park showflat has not been revealed yet, pending more information to be released. However the actual site itself is one of the best features of this project. For a start, it is on the doorstep of Science Park, and surrounded by the research and development hubs of Singapore including One-North and Kent Ridge campus. It also enjoys almost 360 degree unblocked views, including panoramic views to the sea off the west coast, overlooking the Southern Ridges green belt before that.

The only drawback about the Normanton Park location is that there is no MRT station within comfortable walking distance. The nearest one is Kent Ridge station, over 1 km away. But if that does not put you off, then make an appointment to view the Normanton Park showflat when it opens. There will be a wide range of unit types in this project, from 1 bedroom all the way to 5 bedroom units.
