Anyone stay at kembangan Plaza before? I seen a unit posted in property guru at 1.2m size 883 sqft, 2 bedroom FH apartment. Maintenance fee only 180.00

Is a very old project, if no enbloc at the end, build in year 1976, can you count how many years left?

How long need to hold? who can ans? Only god , LOL

If you are looking for FH , not leasehold, I think signature park and upper bukit timah and hillview side a good area to explore as is affordable .

Beauty world plaza second enbloc attempt last year 2019 June, not sure the results.

Just worried that old resale condo, rental yield is very low and maintenance fees is high too.

Looking at D15 condo, whats the cheapest psf to buy for Freehold , prefer near siglap area, thanks.
