Which EC should I buy?

As i come along the way, from north east to the north

There isnt many EC near MRT.

The only EC that is near MRT are those located at Sembawang, Such as PARC LIFE EC, THE VISIONAIRE, THE BROWNSTONE

Parc Life is the first EC located next to greenery park, with a total of 628 residential units on 11 towers with each of 15 or 16-storey high.
