A few years time it might be better when the new bus terminal and the new prince Edward mrt just across the road is up and running.

Just pondering, lets speculate...... A leasehold apartment within 20 meters fr the nearest Mrt exit in district 01/02. How much psf supposedly it shud be both value and Rental ?

Cos today's pricing for the nearby units like 76 Shenton and Lumiere, no doubt is older, but are caveat-ing at 1700ish averaging ;) agar agar lah..... Once Mrt up, new bus terminal up and greater southern city development on the way.... I'm keen to see what happens...
